| All
this information refers to the villas in section one,
that is the villas that are allocated in the Disney Area
or on a specific development. The following does not
apply to the individual villas.
What
to expect in our villas: |
| Kitchen
- 4 ring hob, grill, oven, microwave, dishwasher,
fridge/freezer, ice maker, toaster, coffeemaker and all
pots, pans and utensils. |
| Lounge/Diner
- open plan with sofa, sleeper sofa, coffee table, cable
TV, telephone and patio doors to pool. |
| Bedrooms
- master bedroom will have king size bed and ensuite
bathroom, other bedrooms have twin or double beds and
share a bathroom. |
| Bathroom
- Ensuite has bath, shower cubicle, WC and washbasin.
Additional bathrooms have bath, overhead shower and WC. |
| Utility
Room - house washer/dryer, iron and ironing board and
vacuum cleaner. |
| Swimming
Pool - terrace with tables, chairs and loungers. |
| Decor
- all villas are privately owned and as such decor and
furnishings vary from home to home. All villas will
contain the same basic furniture and utensils package. |
| Key
collection: |
| All
keys are collected locally from our suppliers office in
central Kissimmee. Outside office hours keys will be
collected from a lock box outside the office door. An
emergency contact number and directions to where the
keys can be collected will be issued approximately 2
weeks prior to departure. Airport key collection, meet
and greet and personal key collection arrangements can
be accommodated at an additional charge on most named
villas. Special arrangements cannot be made on Disney
Area Villas. You will be required to leave a security deposit when collecting your keys. |

| The
following must be requested at the time of booking. It
is essential all requests are made as early as possible
as it is not always possible to make arrangements
locally. |

| Important
Information regarding pool heating: |
| It is
absolutely essential that requests for pool heating are
made at the time of booking as not all properties have
the facility to heat the villa pool. This is at an extra
charge of £80 per week or £100 per week
for spa homes and all Gulf Coast homes. |

a given will be at least of a similar standard to the
