the Gulf Coast, our suppliers rent more here than
anywhere else. The fabulous beach, stylish,
upscale shopping, large number and choice of
dining options and wonderful location on the tip
of the Florida Everglades prove a huge draw to UK
holidaymakers.
Naples
has a long straight sandy beach, beautifully clean
water and a number of piers which provide
excellent opportunities for fishing. Picturesque
shopping districts steeped in history offer a
special ambience for strolling, shopping or simply
absorbing the relaxed lifestyle for which
Naples has become famous. In recent years this
relaxed lifestyle, year round sunshine and easily
accessible location ( just a 2 hour drive from
Miami) has made Naples one of the most popular
retirement and vacation home destinations in the
USA, Naples is rapidly becoming one of the most
expensive places to buy property in the whole of
America.
As
a family destination Naples provides a wealth of
fun and entertainment, shopping, dining and golf
will keep the adults happy, while Caribbean
Gardens (Naples Zoo), a wide choice of parks and
recreation areas and airboat excursions into the
Everglades National Park are great attractions for
the whole family. Marco Island is just a half hour
drive south where wide open beaches and tranquil turquoise
waters can be found.
Rental
homes in Naples are all located inland, between 15
and 20 minutes drive from the beach. All private
villas are of a very high standard and rage from
luxury 3 and 4 bedroom properties through to a
small number of deluxe 4 and 5 bedroom Executive

individually designed, modern, single storey 3 homes
provide clean, comfortable, spacious accommodation and
boast an exceptional location. Layouts, locations and
designs do vary greatly from home to home, some of the
older properties boast amazing waterfront settings and
extended pool decks but have a more homely feel with
slightly older appliances and traditional, brightly
coloured decor and furnishings while more recently built
villas won't have the waterside setting but benefit from
a much more modern design, high spec appliances and
fittings and a more contemporary decor. |
