The main living space is one open-plan area

there is a well maintained private screened
heated pool and Jacuzzi (charge for heating)
with an extended lanai area enabling space for
all to relax in comfort. a breakfast area and a fully fitted

Leading from the main lounge is a main king size
master bedroom with ensuite, which includes an
over-sized corner bath and walk in shower. This
seven bedroom luxury villa has 4 full bathrooms
and an extra toilet downstairs. The upstairs
master bedroom is also ensuite with
TV and VCR. Bedrooms three and four are spacious
double rooms also with a TV and VCR. Bedrooms
five and six are twin rooms and the seventh has
bunk beds. All bedrooms lead from the spacious
balcony landing area which overlooks the main
living space and kitchen. The main focal points
of this fabulous home are the spectacular views
overlooking the lake and
