owners rather than through a management company. This
means the price is great for the known quality of the homes on
the Highgrove development. |

Highgrove itself is a new resort style community, construction
of the villas was started in late 2003 and this villa was only
completed in mid 2005. The gated community will have a
maximum of 165 homes and has somewhat of a Mediterranean style
with red roof and pool area tiles on the homes. It is situated
at the junction of US 27 and Highway 192, giving excellent
access to Walt Disney World and all the other major attractions.
Championship golf courses, restaurants and supermarkets are all
close by. Guests at the villa will also have free use of all the
facilities at the close by Bahama Bay Resort. |

This Luxury villa sleeps up to 8-10 people
comfortably and sits on a south facing corner
lot on the beautiful Mediterranean style
development of Highgrove. It is fully air
conditioned and furnished to the highest of
standards. The owners added facilities which

the ideal holiday destination along with the
little extras that make it truly a home from
home. Highchair and cot included free of charge.
Golf clubs and pool games are available at villa
for renters use. |

The villa has two master suites, ideal for two
families, one king, one queen; both have
en-suite shower rooms. There are a further two
twin bedrooms, one with PS2, which share a third
full bathroom. All bedrooms have a TV and clock
radios, all bathrooms have hairdryers |

The beautiful paved pool/spa deck has luxury
furnishing for you to enjoy the Florida sun and
a covered patio/lanai for when you would prefer
some shade. The pool can bee heated if required.
The large family room has comfortable furniture
including a sleeper sofa, cable T.V, VCR, DVD
and CD player. It has access to the pool via
alarmed patio doors. The large dining
room/kitchen has a table with seating for eight
plus all modern conveniences including cooker,
microwave, and fridge freezer with ice make and
full laundry facilities |

The family room is furnished and decorated to
the highest possible standards to ensure that
your stay with Gulf Sun VIllas is as comfortable
as possible. Complete with widescreen TV, DVD
player and games console this room makes an
ideal solution for relaxing after a long day at
the theme parks. Access to the pool area can be
gained via an alarmed patio door, which has been
installed with your children's safety in mind.
The spaciously fitted kitchen/dining room comes
with a breakfast bar with two bar stools and a
large dining table comfortably sitting eight. A
full size cooker, dishwasher, microwave, fridge
freezer with ice making facilities, toaster
coffee maker, blender, kettle and all of your
table and glassware are supplied. The double
sinks come with fitted garbage disposal and
spray attachment. Laundry facilities consist of
a washer, drier, ironing board and iron,
everything you need to make your stay

All bedrooms are furnished to the highest of
standards and include remote control TV. There
are two master bedrooms which each have a
King/Queen size bed with built in robes and
quality furniture with ample drawer space and en
suite shower room with vanity unit, W.C,
hairdryers and ceramic tiled floors. Both master
bedrooms lead to the pool and Jacuzzi area with
one en suite doubling as a pool bathroom. There
are a further two bedrooms which each contain
two single beds, built in robes and bedside
