majority of Orlando holiday villas are built to standard
model designs, you will see from the homes featured on
all our pages that most rental properties look virtually
identical. Our Disney Area villas are a selection of
three, four, five and six bedroom villas. These villas are sold on a generic
basis with the villa address and estate being advised
2-3 weeks before departure.
Allowing the local office to allocate the villa address
helps to maximise the use of each individual property
therefore allowing us to offer the lowest rates
possible. |

| Important
Information regarding pool heating: |
|
It is absolutely essential that requests for
pool heating are made at the time of booking as
not all properties have the facility to heat the
villa pool. This is at an extra charge of £112
per week. |
