Cumbrian Lakes Villas

 

Cumbrian Lakes is located four miles down Poinciana Boulevard from the 192 in Kissimmee, about 10 minutes from Disney.

An almost brand new executive gated community set in a conservation area of 120 acres with lovely lakes, providing a haven for wildlife. Beautiful landscaping surrounds the homes and there is a nature trail around one of the lakes together with a communal children's play area.

There are numerous shops and restaurants including a large twenty four hour Wal-Mart within five minutes drive on the 192.

In many cases we will now able to offer you a specific villa at Cumbrian Lakes at around the same price as a villa allocated somewhere on the development (as priced below). So please ring or send us an enquiry and we should be able to come back to you with photos and descriptions of villas for you to choose from.

Private screened pool with furniture. 1 master bedroom with King or Queen bed and en-suite bathroom, plus additional bedrooms (each sleeping up to 2 persons - additional bedrooms may contain twin beds, a double bed or bunk beds) and a 2nd bathroom.
Dining area with chairs (owners usually furnish homes to their own specifications so dining tables are unlikely to fully seat a large party)
Fully equipped kitchen with conventional oven & hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine & dryer, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, toaster, iron & ironing board, crockery, cutlery & kitchen utensils, vacuum cleaner & fire extinguisher. Remote control color TV & DVD/VCR in main living area and master bedroom, telephone.
Towels and linen are provided
