| The 7 bedroom villa at
Crescent Lakes is let by ourselves on behalf of the owners of
the villa and not as part of a larger rental scheme operated by
UK villa rental operators as are the other villas on this site.
A local management company does look after the villa and is on
hand should you need any assistance.
Specific terms & conditions apply to
any bookings. A booking form is required to be completed. This
and the terms of rental can be downloaded

| The deposit for this
villa is £300 per week and the balance is due 10 weeks before
departure. A £300 security deposit needs to be paid with the
balance, this will be refunded after your stay, subject to
satisfactory inspection by the management company. |
| One cot & highchair are
available free of charge in the villa. Extra ones can be hired,
£25 per week extra per item. Also a rollaway bed can be hired,
also £25 per week. |
