| Rather than just
using one supplier for our accommodation in Florida we
use a number of different ones. Sometimes different
suppliers can sell the same accommodation at different prices,
shopping around allows us to offer you the widest choice
at competitive prices. This does mean that sometimes
different booking conditions apply, especially with the
villas. The villas are split into two sections please
familiarise yourself with the differences. All the
suppliers we use are either members of ABTA, TTA or hold
an ATOL licence. |
| Prices. |
| Prices are all
quoted as per room or per villa, not per person. Occasionally
when you are exceeding the normal room capacity
supplements may apply. When your holiday dates cross
over two price bands the price for each night in the
appropriate band will apply. Please ask us to work out
any prices that cross date bands. |
| Deposits. |
| For
bookings made 10 weeks or more before departure a
deposit of £100 is due at the time of booking. For
bookings made within 10 weeks of departure the full
amount is due at the time of booking. |
| Bookings made for
villas from Section/Supplier Two the deposit will be 25%
of the total cost. Balance due 10 weeks before
departure. |
| Cancellation

| Charges
will be levied on all cancelled reservations. |
| Hotel
Only Reservations. |
| Cancellations
8 days or more in advance of arrival date will incur a
charge of one night per room booked. Cancellations
within 7 days of arrival date will incur a charge of
100% of the booking value. |
| Private
Homes & Apartments. |
| Cancellations
31 days or more in advance of arrival date will incur a
£50 per week charge. Cancellations within 30 days of
arrival date will incur a charge of 100% of
accommodation cost |
| Package
Holidays |
| In
some cases it may have suited your needs best for us to
have arranged a packaged holiday through a tour operator
such as Thomson Holidays for example. In these cases the
booking terms and conditions of the operator apply. |

would advise that you take out a personal travel
insurance policy to cover against these cancellation
charges |
