beautiful 7 bedroom luxury villas are perfect for
that big family getaway. Relax in either of the
two lounges with the main lounge holding a 51"
TV, DVD, VCR and playstation. Entertain
yourselves in the air-conditioned games room,
which is complete with table football, air
hockey, pool table and a TV. Enjoy breakfast
overlooking the private pool and Jacuzzi.
Further dining is available for upto 6 guests
and within the fully fitted modern kitchen you
will find everything you need from integrated
dishwasher to a full size American fridge with
water cooler. Outside there is a well maintained
private screened pool and Jacuzzi with an
extended lanai area. Leading from the main
lounge is a king-size master bedroom with
ensuite, including an over-sized corner bath and
walk in shower. There are 4 bathrooms and an
extra toilet downstairs. The upstairs master
bedroom is also ensuite with TV and VCR.
Bedrooms three and four are spacious double
rooms also with a TV and VCR. Bedrooms five and
six are twin rooms and the seventh room has bunk
beds. All the bedrooms lead off from the
spacious balcony landing area overlooking the
main lounge. Our supplier has three identical 7
bedroom homes on Aviana.
